Data & Analytics is one of the most important areas within Columbus, and we are growing rapidly. We have a global network with D&A consultants who collaborate to deliver the best solutions for our customers. We deliver Data & Analytics projects within Business Intelligence, AI and Machine Learning. We work closely with consultants in other Business Areas - Dynamics, M3, and Digital Commerce.

What I love about Columbus is the team spirit. From day one I felt like I was an important part of our team and that they were there for me. What i love about my workplace is that we have such a vast and broad knowledge about most things IT related. There is a clear sense of knowledge sharing between departments and colleagues which enables you to grow in your own role as a consultant. I appreciate that there is always a challenge open for me accept if i choose to do so. If i would like grow in certain areas the opportunity will almost always be made available to me. I feel that there is a great deal of autonomy in my career progression while i at the same time also can be guided to paths i might not have though of myself. In our teams we value everyone's opinion, it doesn't matter if you are regarded as a Junior, Senior or Principal. If you have an idea on how to solve present challenges you will be listened to.
